Confusing sentence here: “I told her to stop drinks just water it will flush out electrolytes…”
Are you saying she should just drink water, or that just drinking water is bad because it flushes electrolytes, or…? I ask because I have been drinking an awful lot of water just to stay hydrated, and also to keep my system flushing itself.
