Loading ...It strains credibility to imagine that anyone could be so evil and powerful to conceive of and implement such a nefarious scheme.
However, if one can get by that, then it is easy to see that having an invisible, unescapable weapon; one that could target specific groups of people, one that could be turned on & off at varying intensity; then what you describe fits the bill perfectly.
No one could be that evil ….could they?
