For your weight change it to Kilograms
170 divided by 2.05
Take the result aprox 77.1 multiply it by 200 then divide by 1000. You should get 15.42 but important you do the math. After delta the Flccc upped the dose.
So according to that you can take double that number so you can settle for 3 of the 6 mg tabs or do 4 but if you have Covid they say 5 days worth.
Good for you on getting the pills although the pastes seems more manageable for dosing.
