Seems that way doesn’t it. The same psychopaths who want a no fly zone in Ukraine think they personally would survive a nuclear holocaust in their fancy bunkers and aren’t much concerned about the millions-billions who would die as a result of a full out nuclear exchange. They’d get their population decrease for sure.
