Some plans and ideas work good for the short term, 30-40-50 years, but bad for the long term. I remember reading something about a President asking Lord Maynard Keynes about an idea or plan or solution, (for the depression?) “But what about the future with this plan”? He answered, “In the future we will be dead”. I think Mr. Market or the invisible hand of capitalism, is now back in charge for the solutions of the present day problems.
