All those who bought their homes this year looks like they bought at the top for the lowest interest rate.
Talk out there everywhere all over except a few stocks here and there are expecting the market to go back down after a few points up if they get it which will have a pull on what would of been moves up. That they aren’t convinced there is a handle on inflation as of yet due to Powells speech and the consequences of the hikes they’ll be watching.

I don’t think Powell will go full Volcker. I think Powell said there might be light at the end of the tunnel come July.

I’m getting mixed message on prices going forward.
One will say economic troubles like Japan may lead to less demand.
But we have China that may pick back up and drive prices up higher next year than now.

I can’t blame the Fed too much. The White House is just putting the burden on them to try to stop the bleeding their creating.
They mentioned getting housing prices down but the white house has put up a welcome wagon at the borders even flying people in by the millions. What do they think that’s going to do to housing, resources, wages or the power grid. Inflating people lol

Fed is double speaking. Talks about getting a handle in inflation but then says that he isn’t seeing any strain on the economy with data consumer buying. That the economy’s still strong. Yeah tell that to the economy and targeting everything a person needs to pay for to live, food, fuel, jobs and housing. It’s not like they can say oh I’m not going to pay for that even though it’s getting to the point they can’t. What are they measuring, how much money is left in your bank account so they can squeeze every penny they’re able to put back from them?
With Trump gone there back to their cannibal economic ways.

Won’t put any number on inflation just that if they see it turning down even at the expense of the economy and labor market. So is depression their end point? lol
