Loading ...That doesn’t speak well of their fiduciary irresponsibility’s by robbing the people and it’s resources. Why don’t the buy it like everyone else. Especially since people who do that tend to have a greed factor. It didn’t do much for Venezuela or their oil but enrich a few in power at the expense of the whole country. Then they used it to expand their military to offset a rebellion while taking rights away.
