I was just looking at a typical listing on Zillow. Year 2000 $5693, 2007 $7972, 2017 $14,385, today? $20,400 per year. Some are $40,000 a year. Its gotta be 7-8% per year since 2000. You gotta see the retired police salaries and final payouts here, front page Newsday the other day.
