Sandstorm got crushed today

Wow.  Weird name for today, here in Florida.

Anyway,  they made a deal for a bunch of shares to some group at around $5.10.  To raise money.  Sounds familiar in this sector.  I think they have until sometime in October to complete the share purchase.
