Those last couple of COT’s haven’t been exactly predictive and that’s great!!

Shares might meet up with some resistance in here, but sure seems like the bottom is in. Top in the dollar too.

The Fed is crashing this economy, quickly, at least according to the numbers. I’m doing some remodeling and can feel some of these contractors are getting a little hungrier. Whereas just a few months ago it was tough to get a return phone call. The hurricane damage is keeping some of the trades pretty busy, if not for that it might look different.

A blood clot is what it sounds like—a gel-like clump of blood. Small blood clots form whenever you cut or scrape your skin to plug up the injured area and stop the bleeding. But they are dangerous when they form within a blood vessel, where they can cause thrombosis (meaning they block blood flow), a condition that kills up to 100,000 people a year in the United States. “Those clots typically occur in people who are bedridden or hospitalized, or have other medical issues related to inflammation or infection or cancer,” says Yale Medicine hematologist Robert Bona, MD. They are also more likely to occur in women who are pregnant or on oral contraceptives, or in people who have hereditary disorders that predispose them to blood clotting.

As mentioned above, the clotting condition associated with the J&J vaccine is called thrombosis with thrombocytopenia (TTS). Thrombosis occurs when blood clots block veins or arteries, and thrombocytopenia is a condition characterized by abnormally low platelet levels in the blood. The latter is unusual in someone with a major blood clot because platelets are colorless blood cells that have the function of helping blood clot.

“The mechanism of the action of these clots has been quite unusual and, frankly, that has surprised me,” says Dr. Bona. “There are definitely a lot of questions.”

So we have TWO volcanoes erupting on the Big Island simultaneously.  Kilauea caldera is bubbling hot lava, also.

Mauna Loa flows going NNE.  No immediate danger.  My area is safe from Mauna Loa flows.  I’m in the domain of Kilauea volcano.

Mauna Loa last erupted in 1984 and sent flows to the upper edges of Hilo town before stopping.

The way the midterm elections went I would agree with this guy

Italy is to use more cash and fewer credit cards, bucking a global trend towards electronic currency, after Giorgia Meloni, the prime minister, dismissed card payments as “private money”.

Meloni, who was elected in September, is finalising her first budget, which is due to include a rule allowing shopkeepers and businesses to refuse cards and demand cash for payments up to €60. The rule would raise the current limit of €30 and includes permission to sell and buy goods worth up to €5,000 in cash, up from €1,000.
