That isn’t conspiracy that’s strategic.
But will it stay with recession still on the menu without reversing course and might be too late by then.
Plus China announced there’s going to be opening their economy again. That might pull money from some sectors moving there while boosting others like maybe some tech and shipping with Christmas next. That is if they can get it unloaded on California ports. But good thing about Christmas, it’s everywhere.
