Im having trouble

with TD Ameritrade (SCHWAB) ,they cant do a simple cash transfer from IRA account to reg account ..the cash is there..they keep filling out the WRONG forms (at least thats what they are telling me …I think they got internal problems .No one seems to know what theyre doing ,if you ask to see a manager..he’s always in conference .. any body else having this problem ?
