Only areas where they don’t rely on electric and oil too much or at all nor rely too much on other sources for their food supply’s.
What surprised be is seeing a black young man in think he was NY on TV saying he’d rather have Putin for his President than Biden. That Putin’s a better leader and for his country than what we have here.
