I’m still checking this out because people are passing this around but Apeel said plant based might be mistaken for a cleaner with a similar name.
The safety document being cited is for an unrelated cleaning product that uses the same name. That product is made by a different, U.K.-based company.
THE FACTS: California-based Apeel Sciences markets that its plant-based solution can keep fruits and vegetables fresh and at their prime longer — and that it’s edible, too.

Someone brought it to my attention that most people don’t know what cellulose is. They use it in some cheeses too especially shredded cheese. In short it’s wood pulp or saw dust. They used to put in in bread for the poor to make it cheaper and filling but can’t be digested or any nutritional value.
The one I was alerted to that used to not be there less you can get it organic but read ingredients is Bromate. Avoid that one if you see it in any form in you bread or flour. It’s carcinogenic and other side effects, asthma, headaches mood swings behavior changes.
