Im trying to get mind off medicine for my own health reasons but not succeeding. I may of had a heart attack couple weeks ago combined with too long of heat exposure. I didn’t call for help or see a doctor.I had my daughter come over instead because I was too weak to stand and had chest pain and SOB on exertion with breathing,   for two or three days and gravity seems too heavy.   My doctors office also has been calling to see why I’m not showing up for check ups but luckily I’ve had a excuse. There’s another kind of death brought on by will that sends message to your body to get ready to die. Sometimes you can change your mind if not too much damage is done. Not saying that’s what’s going on with me. Just like you say you can just put yourself in Gods hands.

Well it looks like their on it, I just they move fast. Anything that involves oxygenation to vital organs needs immediate intervention. I knew someone who used the vet who wasn’t so lucky who’s heart wound up severely damaged, on a plethora of medication after before he died still having trouble getting his appointments. I healed one of their patients wound they couldn’t “ two yrs later” in about two weeks. Where got in a dispute over it but then they sent me more and wanted to hire me lol So I’ve seen the good and bad not just there. During Obama and their veteran issues times is what killed the one I knew. I’m only telling you that now because you appears to be in good hands.

They’ve added more tests including chemical stress, CT of chest and brain, and a pulmonary tests and consult.

The VA is the best care I’ve ever had, I’m confident they’ll figure it out. My son has also gotten involved as he is a doctor. He suggested maybe even endomyocarditis. I’m in good hands, might just be here for a bit.

Yeah but then what. This is where I get mad sometimes and would say get a second opinion preferably by another hospital but with the vets maybe be more difficult. But if no improvement go back or if you can somewhere else.For instance my daughter brought on by hormones they thought was a MI, heart attack which it caused but was cause by a aortic dissection “ bleed out “ that then clot.

With your symptoms plus blind at a distance could be a host of things. Not just pulmonary embolism although that one is life threatening but other life threatening too like pulmonary hypertension or even lung infections including pneumonia. It hopefully looks it will address that. All OF them hopefully. But there’s others like the hemoglobin.and toxins and even the brain. In the mean time take things easy and not and fatigue chest pain with or without exertion. Check to see if there is any cyanosis elsewhere on the body. You should be able to get a answer before you go home.

Got it on the injection site. It was precautionary, and not specific to me. I guess it’s something they do to everyone here at the VA.

All your points about stressors are valid. The things in pm’s and country and world weigh on me and I have cut down significantly. As you know, it is hard to go almost anywhere like zero hedge even here and not know what’s going on. I have not been watching even Newsmax because it makes me too angry.
All my cardiac and blood work is perfect, better than perfect. So the next step is a CAT scan of my chest and lungs, and then a pulmonary test of some sort. My wife and brother, both nurses, think it may be a pulmonary embolism of some sort, but there was a Key test done that would usually indicate an embolism, and it did not.my fingernails are still blue, why?

I’m still getting pain in my chest occasionally and general heaviness. And I’m tired and my blood pressure is lower than normal but not crazy. Right now it’s a mystery, but I know my body and somethings not right so we’ll keep looking or I guess I’ll be going home tomorrow, but then what?

That shot in the stomach was probably Heparin. Please have the doctor explain what happened or the diagnosis so you can adjust or make changes  to avoid the cause as in cause and effect. Before I forget to mention it if you get more shots in your stomach make sure they rotate the place they give them and should be charted to tell tell the next nurse or remind the same one. . Ie LLQ Lower left quadrant or ULQ upper or mid. So if they gave you one on the left side make sure the next is on the right and rotating. I got a person one time with many health issuers that present a healing challenge “ not in a fun way,”  as a wound nurse and also a preventable wound. I guess some country’s aside from Europe don’t teach that. They were giving her injections multiple times in the same area of her stomach which cause about a 6 by 8 cm of dead tissue and eschar which can look by a scab but thicker and darker and not good. It can cause more tissue death and inability to heal and infection ect. I couldn’t believe that happened but it did.

Not just stress from stocks which cause lack of sleep to but you have keen ability to see trouble or possible signs in war issues.That was also what I was referring to by turning it off. I guess that would be hard to do with current administration but like they told me once when young in a earthquake running around grabbing people away from places and oxygen tanks that can turn into projectiles if your dead your not going to be able to help anyone else. So turn it off or change the channel in your mind. Stress can release stress hormones and your body under stress can make cholesterol. You have low BP and work out which combats buildup but better to do at time of stress because that’s what it’s meant for to use up in fight or flight stress.  Plus it can cause heart unhealthy habits, some may eat more, some might start smoking or in depression or energy less active. So someone who wants to challenge you to some activity claiming a broken heart at the same time are things that make you go really?

Then this weather and potential to cause dehydration and or electrolyte loss so things can accumulate to cause prefect storm.

I’m sorry to hear you are in the hospital with a heart problem. Think positive, the heart technology is a lot better today than 30-40 years ago.

I have thought about that too. I don’t know, could have a big effect. Problem is I started with the serious fatigue Sunday. I didn’t have the energy to go to the gym on Monday, but went to the beach, I did notice my fingernails a little Monday.

I think the stress of these shitty pm’s is not good though. My BP this am is 108/69. I don’t know.

So, I sold 3000 West African Resources yesterday and find out today that beyond the commission Ameritrade has hit me up for a $44 “Foreign Security Fee.” This has never happened before. If they apply this to Canadian and Mexican stocks as well I’m screwed. I wonder if other brokerages have this “fee” as well?

If they don’t I may not be an Ameritrade customer for long.

Get them to check yr Iron levels…..I gave up booze a while back and was still suffering shortness of breath, tiredness and a general feeling of not great etc…..turns out my Iron levels were down, started taking an Iron supplement

I was amazed last night to hear speakers talking about how good thing going while the SM were selling. Then through the night. Not all of them but a few and their soft landing theory.

Wether shorts try to fill the gap first today I don’t know but if they do I might pick some up.

The SM tanking now and looks to want to pull the PMs with it.
