Hopefully they the a department of social services that give the survivors housing vouchers. From what I remember in the Quake it was for one year and at that time but you couldn’t move or could lose it.
Hopefully that’s enough time to get their homes rebuilt and Hope they have good insurance.
Right now Femas there for temp help.
