There is speculation on what started the fire and I can only speculate like anyone else but I agree with the bellows effect over DEW. Deanne Criswell is current FEMA Director serving under Joe Biden. Criswell is the first woman nominated to lead the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
