Actually I believe it’s just the opposite. Maybe he wants to unload it. Any input by anyone?

Registered can be used for Comex delivery with a warrant assigned to it. Has to be acquired from reputable dealers quality ect. Eligible has no warrant attached so owner hasn’t made it available for delivery.

So he has suddenly made this amount eligible for delivery.
