IPSO – playing catch up from yesterday

My broker ? Charles , not Klaus … will deal with it when back in USA.
I am in Colombia without Phone link to USA and locked out of online banking because my bank ( of close to 50 years , counting takeovers ) will ONLY send verification codes to my US cell phone , and refuses to use my encrypted email ( which they regularly use to send me notifications – and is far more secure than any cell phone !). Same is true of USPS – hold mail limit is 30 days . Went online to extend and they , too require verification code to US cell phone . We can see where this is going … the set up to CBDC .
