Not a concern yet, either not fully developed or they’re waiting for the right time but maybe start following it once in awhile now,
What a complementary thing to go along with a war.

. Then course more GeoEngineering of human genes with mRNA. Why not, no one stoped them This Time, and still selling their clot shots to the world. More of the same all bark no bite.
