Romanian crime ring ” everyday people from Romania stealing from Americans, skimming money off of food cards for moms with kids buying baby formula to sell to Mexican Cartels. Making themselves rich selling out America just like their enablers. The victims would go to the store with a cart full of food to find their card had no money on it.
There was also two female shop lifters in Florida and found cart fulls of formula with cloths on top.
