Yes I’m not a hillbilly yet. Lol I tried that but they all have heavy accents plus tax season. They’re swamped. Maybe I was talking to extra help. When I told customer service to get me to fraud department which happened to be the department I chose in the first place I get another heavy accent .. does it have to do with the mass migrant influx?? I get transfered and ask what department and he put me on hold like he had to ask them back and said what department. I asked him why did you have to ask what department your in? He said if I don’t trust it I could call to another number basically. I asked him again no answer I told him never mind. I emailed and mentioned it.
My account it fine. I was only trying to help them save money. Something rather chaotic going on right now. Less they’re something I don’t know I’m guessing tax season. I’m not going to bother with it anymore.
