Loading ...I don’t know if they’ll drop the rates yet so figure the commodity’s will be tiptoeing it’s way forward and if there’s signs of repo trouble put tight stops at first IMO FWIW. Even at this point cutting rates and the current administration who will be getting they’re printing presses and tax plans ready vs business’s , price of food, energy and economy there’s more trouble ahead. So cuts might or not be good at first but then it’s going to result in up evil. I’ve seen two different young women on the news and now in a media call to stop this saying they have no quality of life and they can’t even afford to eat. They cut down even on pet food and one still didn’t have enough to pay the rent.
That’s one big thing stealing a big chunk of their money they could use for food and savings compared to a few years ago when it was half of what it is now, where they could have enough and have a emergency savings and pay into retirement because the gov gonna screw them over there too big time with the path their going with that too. No one is addressing these criminal ops in real estate, especially rentals.
