Just noticed WTI up another 2% to $83. Gas here is up $.50 in the last month.
I suspect some very rough times are just ahead. Sadly.
Shares have holding firm all day
Even as they play back and forth with the metals. Hopefully that’s indicative of much higher metal prices on the way.
They’re fighting $25 silver and using it to weaken gold, but the shares seem to be telling a different story. Volume in GLD and SLV is a little better but nothing close to a blow off top, just gathering momentum now. Same with the shares, decent volume in some, but not across the board.
Doesn’t seem like things have really started just yet. A lot more like the beginning of a move than the end.
Nice way to finish the week if we hold on, even with the dollar positive. Go figure.

That looks like the scum /someone is putting on a shit or bust trade…….the shorts are far too short to be able to cover and so they just keep selling, in the hope no one takes them on……but the diff is just getting crazy……soon the mkt will smell it and take them on….as quite frankly it is a no brainer with Gold exploding in all currencies.

I note he shows ETF’s have @ 3000 tonnes of AU…my bet is they don’t have 10 % of that……just paper promises for the 2700 tonnes diff.

Silver is sure lagging gold! It looks artificially restrained. Maybe the bullion banks are so short that it would mean ruin for them if it runs up $10 or 20 bucks, so they are trying desperately to hold it down with paper … but I think that game is coming to an end.

I suspect the banks and gov’ts can’t buy physical Silver because it’s too cheap and would take up too much space. Plus Silver is easier to hold back plus its an industrial related metal. Silver is also often a byproduct, and is for the smaller investors with $100k or $200k to invest. Silver needs a lot more small investors to pile in like they occasionally do. Lately I think the little guys have been buying real estate.

My account balance was at its lows one month ago. Today in one month, the account is back up to last July. That was a long down trend to be reversed in one month.
It seems to me there are less Gold sellers, because it always goes back up.

There are no free lunches in pm’s to be sure. They will fight us for every dollar in gold and dime in silver. I doubt we’ll ever see the 15-1 gold/silver ratio again. If we’re lucky we’ll get to 50-1

I watched the blue waters of the French Polynesia this morning , wave fold over with what looked like a 1000 foot drop so close to shore to make a wave that high with outgoing sandwiching anyone in the middle.
It must affected the gold market this morning too when I saw Winedocs chart.
