Our bosses paid taxes we paid higher taxes and we had no national debt.

The Fed can’t raise interest rates because the interest on the government debt is unsustainable where rates are right now. They actually have to cut rates soon or Congress will be increasing the budget just to maintain the interest.

The Fed has no viable option now. If they cut, and they will, the dollar gets crushed and inflation goes nuts. If they don’t the gov’t is in trouble. They’ve created a situation where they have no way out. Ultimately, they will have to devalue the dollar.

I think this is why pm’s are acting the way they are. If so, we could be in for a very big move.
