. I hear that a lot of big players are setting a large amount of cash aside. Some like BlackRock to buy real estate again. To me that sounds like the Fed is okay with the over inflated prices as long as they can slowly over the next few years bring interest rates back down so the banks can get busy loaning again at inflated prices at the expense of the people like someone slowly reaching out to grab your wallet or purse and slip it away while you don’t notice until it’s too late and call it a soft landing. More like a intended soft touch scenario.
