that is so tempting to fill yur boots here and wait for the dividends, to slaughter the shorts……but pretty much fully invested as of now……

That had the clamps on NEM all day trying to keep the HUI from exploding. Pretty much the same with GOLD. The two kingpins.

Good to see you calling Oil higher still….I see that well past 100 and the stox a double from here…just on TA break outs, particularly in the Stox…I follw XOP and XLE….both are breaking higher after a v decent bull flag/Hesi and XLE should break above a Triple Top on the Monthly chart going back to May ’08…..XOP has a lovely Inverted Head and shouldes base on the Monthly that supports a move to @ 300 plus…last @ 160…..Well that is the theory and if true will help PM’s big time.

but the Fed is going to buckle and cut rates in June, probably surprising everyone but JPM, Goldman and Blackrock. They need lower rates and a weaker dollar. So does the Zimbabwe stock market. The dollar is drifting lower and sure enough the algo’s were triggered to buy the SM futures.

I’m waiting for the shoe to drop here this am, it seems a little too controlled and quiet. PM’s almost look like a normal market. A couple months ago they would sell the open. No idea what they’ll do today.

and maybe there was some monkeying around with the numbers showing them not to be as bad as maybe they really are? ZH notes that the is a 1.6% decline in energy costs MoM. I haven’t seen any decline in gasoline prices at all, in fact they’ve been up since last month. But I digress….
Fortunately pm’s are up 1/2% and seem to be trying to figure things out. Dollar is flat, rates down 2 ticks. SM futures up a little, Bitcoin flat.
Pretty much a vanilla reaction, hopefully the bulls take charge. I think we can expect a raid or three at some point, either before the SM opens, just after, but they will come. They always do.
For now, just happy we’re not getting creamed.

we’re bouncing a bit this am but I’d expect that will be temporary?
Not sure, but it’s hard to see the numbers being favorable to pm’s or the SM. Hard to underestimate the scum and their desire to kill this rally.
We are in a raging bull, so whatever hit we may take will hopefully be snapped up by the momentum players who now seem to be on our side.
