Loading ...Yes. Fluticasone Propionate is steroidal, it doesn’t work immediately like Afrin or other nasal sprays. You have to continue use for a couple of weeks while it shrinks the passages. Afrin shrinks the passages right away but is highly addictive, can only use it for a few days at a time. I know this from experience.
