The leaders of Ukraine have now absorbed so much corruption money in the war that they’d now like to make peace so they can enjoy their loot in Switzerland or Bermuda or someplace else that is not the destroyed Ukraine. They no longer want to take the chance that they or their families will be killed even if this is a remote chance considering their locations.
