The weird thing is that the SM is starting to look ugly, how many times have we seen a bellwether like NVDA come out with spectacular earnings that mark a major top in the markets? I think more than once. Pretty hard to find much of anything that is actually up today other than NVDA.
The unfortunate thing is that pm’s are leading the way down as they always do. So do we have to go thru yet another major downturn before gold starts to run again?
The flipside is I’m still not seeing heavy downside volume in these shares. GLD and SLV have good volume but NEM, GOLD are below average. It’s concerning that the HUI was unable to really break above 280 with any authority, these shares never really got off the ground. I guess I’m wondering who knows what?
Could be a big head fake too. Some of these shares aren’t down much at all, KGC, AGI down less than 1%
