Silver getting hammered, although that’s not a big surprise given the action in the shares yesterday. Gold trying to stay flat, that’s a surprise. Shares not looking that bad in the premarket, which is also a surprise given that the SM – especially the DOW – looks to open lower.

The dollar is weaker this am, the Yen is rallying for some reason. The 10 yr. is down a couple ticks.

Eco data this am could matter. GDP comes out with estimates of 2.2%. Hard for me to see it being anywhere near that strong given the regional reports, Dallas and Atlanta Fed, Empire State, etc. However, Biden may need a strong report. The Fed, if planning to cut would like a weak report I’m guessing. Regardless of the number, things in this once great country are crumbling. Everything is a lie, literally everything.

So, we wait, being subject to the market demons of this world, whose sole purpose is graft and theft of our remaining assets.

There was no volume in the shares today. Literally everything I watch the volume was below average. Doesn’t take the sting out of the losses though. AG down 4.5% among others. Pretty ridiculous.

Not sure I’ll ever understand these shares. They’re just brutal.

Who also called it a kangaroo court found all sorts of violations of Trump’s rights between the DA and Judge they threw in things at the last minute also with no proof they didn’t even tell Trump or his attorneys about. I hope at least one of the jury is smart enough to to refuse to convict on the grounds Trump’s constitutional rights were being violated.

You can say that again. They wouldn’t even allow defence to bring forth exonary expert witnesses. Then the Judge gives 90 minutes worth of his rules on how to rule on all the made up issues they may not understand the issues because it was all pre opinionated one sided with a known liar and Trump hater or didn’t apply to the case because the judge wouldn’t allow defense and still hear say or opinions no proof  to the jury and didn’t give them a copy telling them they had to go to him for his opinion.

Why the American Bar Association wanted to investigate Bret Kavanaugh over concerns of Bias why they stay silent to Judges like that clown in NY trying to convict Trump on a accusation that would be a expired misdemeanor while committing malpractice, bias, and prejudice. Why they stay silent while Soros bought DAs are causing chaos in city’s all over the US refusing to follow the law for the same reasons. I think we need a knew Bar. There is no oversight for corruption.

Have you watched any of the news on the kangaroo trial. They don’t even have to agree on what the charges are beyond a reasonable doubt. They put hearsay in all over.  They fraction it into multi charges so people think they must be guilty of something and if they can’t, try to fool the jury on one thing a better chance if they make multi charges  The criminals in the justice system that when its political or brings them attention or think it’s gonna make them infamous just like criminals. These criminals that hide in the justice system remind me of the Aids virus that invade a host by hiding in the very system that’s supposed to protect them.

10 yr. rates are jamming the dollar higher after, they are up 15 ticks in the last two days.

Somehow silver is surviving this and up $.06, but the shares not doing so well with gold down $16 or so. SM probably not helping.

There’s no major selling/volume in the shares, they just bleed down slowly.

Gotta love how silver is doing though.
