I started college in 1959 when the US dollar was still a silver certificate , not a Federal Reserve Note .
I went to Penny’s to buy a pair of Levi’s .
The Levi’s were $3.00
I paid with a $10.00 bill.
The salesgirl asked if I wanted paper $ or 7 silver dollars , change , since they were interchangeable .

Three silver dollars today will likely buy TWO pairs of Levi’s , certainly at least one plus change.

I believe the day will come that twenty silver dollars will once again buy an ounce of gold as when , a hundred years ago , the USA issued gold certificates as Legal tender .

The Constitution mandates gold and silver as our money .

Fed meeting is June 12th. Eventually they won’t matter or even exist.

Been seeing some weird gyrations in GLD and SLV this am. Bouncing around, sort of all over the map. No eco data today that matters.

Will be hard for the shares with the SM weak, although strength on a day down is exactly what we need to see. Silver still hanging tough.

David Hunter, anyone still trading or even if your not I wouldn’t want to miss this one. It was posted 2 weeks ago and just found it last night. Still in the melt up with targets approx 3000 gold 60-75 silver with a approximate 50 Gold/Silver ratio. Not permanent, a melt down on its own weight including silver back down to about 30, then comes the real move, commodities to the moon. Sounds like you’ll want a garden and food storage by the deflation part with those prices. Lots of charts, they talk about many sectors during this video

at the $80.57 mark, up $.74. Been a quick, stealthy move up after it hit $76 just a week or so ago. Seems like some punters might know something that no doubt I’ll be the last to know. Might be worth watching IMHO.

Gold giving most back, but silver is a rock and still trying to hold $32.

SM futures down a bit, dollar up a bit, rates drifting up 3 ticks. Dollar probably won’t die with rates moving up.

I guess we wait until the God’s of money show up.

Lithium batteries ignight when exposed to water. I saw a video of someone opening the outer lawyer of a small mabey double A battery and throwing it in a glass of water and poof a fire. Good to have in your grab bag in winter time. You don’t even need a match. Maybe it isn’t cars they should focus on with lithium but a heat source.

I see the dollar is inching back. Just noticed oil is up almost $2 back near $80.

Funny, rates are up, ten yr. up 7 ticks back above 4.53%. Surprised the dollar is a little weaker and pm’s aren’t getting worked over. Bitcoin is down 2% though. Nice day for silver but no signs of the Crimex breaking just yet.

Somehow the HUI is up 2% with NEM up only .48%.

Not too confident in a strong close here folks, except for NVDA, which goes up every day.

My theory is that ever since Xi announced he was in for life and that the Party would rule forever, the average Chinese has downed tools, they just aren’t bothered to do that extra bit, consequently the economy is soft and will stay soft.

That leaves only Real Estate and PM’s to invest in….Real Estate is also bust….hence the Chinese are buying PM’s.
