I think they should do psych test on generals like they do every other soldiers who want to be lifers in combat. I know one they talked into three tours in VN army combat and has PTSD and another wanted to go back then went from army to Marines because after 3 tours he couldn’t have more. I don’t know what happened to him after he tried to kidnap me when I was 18 and according to him we were going to get married. He had 8 purple hearts. But they let him loose on society. My town sent him on his way but I felt sorry for him. Make these test different different and tightly secured and not by military so they don’t get a hold of them. They probably would anyways.
I vaguely remember bomb shelters but no doubt they were talking about it.
