I wouldn’t go that far lol Are you trading any of these days? Only way might be options. The bulls and bears tug of war. Sarcasm would say, gee I wonder what tomorrow’s going to bring. Looks like the percentage is just the average of who’s ever winning. It’s not the only factor bulls vs bearish to look at but in gold do you see the head and shoulders it made in May from around the 13 th  that carried into about the first week in June?
