Not saying either of these companies are to be trusted but the message is not quite accurate.. GSK was a lead player in the Swine Flu hoax and first attempt to mandate vaccines. As people were waking up they had a boatload of expiring flu vaccines of the normal H1NI type A flu to unload and this the panic hoax Different countries sued them afterwards like the UK as their expired vaccines caused devastating side effects like Narcolepsy where you just nod out suddenly out of the blue.
The Wuhan is funded by the NIH who also merged with Monderna and give them the ingredients of a failed and toxic sars vaccine  ECT ECT.
Not going any farther until the heads of our first line of defenses are removed because they have been bribed and compromised like the FDA and CDC who allowed these monsters to get in.

Pfizer collaborated with German biotech company BioNTech SE (BNTX) to develop one of the world’s most widely used mRNA-based vaccines against COVID-19. The vaccine was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in August 2021, becoming the first COVID-19 vaccine to gain full approval from the FDA and continues to be available under EUA, including for individuals between the ages of 12 and 15.1

No, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Pfizer do not own each other, but they do have a joint venture for their consumer healthcare businesses. In 2019, the two companies formed a joint venture that combined their consumer healthcare businesses to create the world’s largest over-the-counter (OTC) business. Pfizer owns 32% of the joint venture, while GSK owns 68%. The joint venture includes brands like Advil, Centrum vitamins, and Sensodyne toothpaste.

2022, GSK announced plans to demerge the joint venture from the company and spin it off into a new standalone corporation called Haleon. Pfizer sold its 32% stake in Haleon for $16 billion, which it planned to use to grow its pipeline of drugs and vaccines and boost its financial position. Haleon began trading on the London Stock Exchange on July 18, 2022.
