Actually oil and nat gas trust. Regular divis and no ETF games. Mr coppers Boil I had before but I guess they’re okay for shorter term trading if they don’t reverse split on you.

Exactly because like so many other agency’s they have been compromised.
Despite what oils doing in the immediate future long term I wanted to add some shares of a oil trust this morning but noticed a bid and ask spread. Probably the hurricane in Texas.
I heard Huston got the brunt of the flooding, and power outs and now the heat will set in and no air conditioning. Not as hot as here but they got the humidity to go with it although dry heat with no cloud cover here or rain to cool the scorched earth isn’t a picnic we still have power. We’d rather deal with the winter power outs and quakes with power outs than that.
I think that Chevron decision was a positive for the US economy and the companies operating here. Now low level bureaucrats aren’t going to be able to make important decisions with impunity. We’ll see how it shakes out.

Not taking us down hard again, course not letting us run up either.
This is the bull market pm’s live in. You get trashed on a Monday, and then spend the next four days trying to re-coup from the trashing with miniscule moves higher. This is in a pm BULL market. In a bear, we’d have continuous waterfall declines that would take us down for days/weeks.
So, if we’re lucky, we’ll get most or all of Mondays’ losses back by tomorrow. Then start the cycle all over again, maybe even try to get those bullish charts to play out, but that’s a stretch. I think Powell may speak to the House today, but not sure, and he said what he’s going to say yesterday. He shouldn’t be a problem.
Dollar flat, rates flat. QQQ’s higher as always. Bitcoin has gained almost 10% back this week. No problems there. Aladdin has things on autopilot.
French Bond rates have eased, along with all other Euro rates this AM…..

Chevron decision by the supreme Court will cause challenges to these departments like EPA and department of interior who do not allow their decisions or so called experts to be challenged
Perhaps they should do their job and protect the environment from chemtrails and toxic dumping and coming to us next spent EV batteries. I bet if they found copper and lithium they’d be signing another tune…that is not clean energy by the same standard’s…
The Supreme Court on Friday threw into question the future of climate and environmental regulation in the United States, scrapping a decades-old legal precedent that gave federal agencies leeway to interpret laws according to their expertise and scientific evidence. The impact of the decision to scrap the so-called Chevron deference will take years to become clear, but it could allow for far more legal challenges against regulations by agencies like the EPA and the Department of the Interior that have a huge role in the climate fight.
Federal courts have long deferred to federal agencies to interpret laws that are unclear and need further clarification. In 1984, a shorthanded Supreme Court ruled in a unanimous decision that federal agencies have the final say on ambiguous policies, which allowed those agencies broad authority to make decisions without fear of judicial override.
