The west? I don’t know how my thoughts fit in with what you said. But in my view, many countries that have for decades, sucked wealth away from the USA will certainly be getting less. After Trump and company take over.
Even Europe which is part of the west, will also be cut off. Thats why nobody on the planet wants Trump and all the new ways he promotes.
