Loading ...yeah, there’s just no volume to carry some of this stuff across the finish line. They sort of bled GLD and SLV down slowly in the last 15 minutes. Volume was anemic today. Still, on light volume with the dollar up they could’ve have worked the metals over but they didn’t.
Don’t know what’s up with oil but I guess if the oil shares aren’t doing anything it might just be an opportune squeeze.
This is the week before Labor Day here on Monday. Looks like a lot of the scum may have headed toward the Hampton’s already. Seems they do that earlier and earlier every year. Used to be they’d leave on Friday. Might explain the lack of volume.
I expect by Tuesday next week we’ll get whatever the real trend is going to be.
