Maybe the list you saved can be put back. Less these days with increasing surveillance people would rather it not.

1900, understand that any skin disease means your liver is unable to properly cleanse your blood.  First order of business is to address how you can assist your liver.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and lightly cooked vegetables especially dark green, leafy vegetables and orange, yellow, purple, and red colored fruits and vegetables—they contain living enzymes, fiber, vitamin C, natural antibiotic substances, and anti-cancer phytonutrients.Eat foods that are rich in glutathione or help to produce glutathione in the body. Asparagus, watermelon, broccoli and boldo are good sources of glutathione while papayas and avocados are foods that help the body to produce glutathione.Bitter foods like dandelion greens, mustard greens, bitter melon, Romaine lettuce and broccoli raabe can help in cleansing the liver.Herbs like dill, caraway seeds, garlic, onions, boldo, turmeric and cayenne are easy to use in cooking and can help protect the liver.Green tea has immune-boosting properties and contains less caffeine than coffee.

Drink lots of water (6–12 cups per day) because it helps the kidneys to get rid of the toxins that the liver has broken down.Nuts, seeds, and avocados are good food sources of polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats that are less harmful to the liver than saturated fats. For the psoriasis take 2 TBS fresh refrigerated flaxseed oil daily; also apply directly to affected areas.  It’s an anti-inflammatory.Eat lots of cold water fish daily, especially mackerel, salmon, sardines, and herring as they are higher in omega 3 oils, exactly what you need to eliminate psoriasis.  Avoid fish oil capsules as they can degrade into toxins.

Hawaii is paradise,……. Too. In the eyes of the beholder.

She also thought it would be good for me to live there and get away from the cities. Every place has a threat. The mountains greatest threat would be fires and falling trees. Luckily more rain than California. She was above surges and mountains break up tornados as they do in California. She’s had some scary winds though.

Although I am sorry to hear it, thank you for the news about Moggy passing.  We were kindred souls… the wizard and the witch spirits.  I’m glad she was happy in her paradise.  She once freaked out that I was so near the volcano here and suggested I move out east near her.  I replied “whatever for? This is paradise here”.   She was Joy… literally.  🙂

Rest in peace, Moggy.

Sorry to hear about Moggy

Rest in peace Friend.

Mali wants more

Posted by ipso facto @ 17:03 on September 28, 2024

Mali’s military-led authorities have arrested four employees of Canadian miner Barrick Gold, two sources said on Friday. All four are senior Malian employees, one of the sources said.

Barrick is the world’s second-largest gold miner and one of Mali’s top gold producers, but like other international miners it has been under growing pressure in the West African country since a junta seized power in 2020.

A government official based in the region and speaking on condition of anonymity said four Barrick employees had been arrested for alleged financial crimes.

Sorry to hear about Moggy.  I sometimes think of the posters who were at that Georgia get together near where Moggy lived.  Farmboy was there and Irish.  Maya sent Kona coffee which we made each morning.  It was great – thanks again Maya.

btw it did get a bit windy here on the east coast of Florida when Helene went up the west coast of Florida.

EV cars subject to sea water are all toast.

One caught fire with surge caused a family to have to evacuate their home during a flood  with only the shirts on their back. Fire department told all EV cars subject to salt water call the fire department. Don’t try to start them or charge them.

BTW She spoke well of you, she always liked you and Farmboy and Ipso too. She was worried about Farmboy after he stopped posting. She was always grateful for his help that one time if you remember back when.  Fortunately towards the end she talked about her daughter was coming from another state watching out for her.  She was a big help. I have a picture of them but for their privacy can’t post it.

She was near 90 still driving down that mountain stocking up on food living in the mountains alone living with the deer and bears. I sent her a sleigh and bear spray although she said she was armed she didn’t want to shoot them which is good as long as she is far enough away but once one was at her door. It was getting hard to carry all that food in  and since all the trees and leaves anything that rolled didn’t work. She loved it. She was particular so I was glad. Going on 90 she said she was thinking of trying the sleigh  out in winter. I told her if she does make sure she can get back up. She was tiny but resilient and independent till the end with a good soul.  Crocheted gift’s to a senior place they liked.

Moggy was a strong woman. I stayed pretty close to her when Leuko ” Nancy” past away. Finally got her to see a doctor and take tests she previously refused  after symptoms getting worse but I was irritated of the wait times for test that got her mad at me. She’s a character, likes her new doctor which I was glad but feared the worst. Her regular doctor no use when COVID started.  Anyways Moggy passed away. Stayed in her home till the end.

Hurricane

Posted by Maya @ 14:17 on September 28, 2024

Buygold I guess you are OK.  I hope Moggy survived in Northern Georgia. It rolled right over her location.  Martin Armstrong posted pix of grey skies and called Helene ‘Fake News’.  Obviously he was far enough away.  Another correspondent I follow lives in Tampa and thought his rental house had never had a problem.  The surge in Tampa Bay rolled into his house knee deep and ruined a lot of his stuff.  Packed what he has into a rental truck and is now looking for a new home.

I could never live in Florida, knowing the place is only a few feet above sea level and these massive hurricanes roll over it and flood everything.  I have hurricanes here at the Big Island, but they cannot come ashore.  The 13,000 ft mountains wall literally bounces them to one side or another, so we don’t get the destructive eye wall winds.  But those mountains also scrape the circulating precipitation off the storm and it floods us.  I’ve seen 54 inches in 24 hours.  But it drains off the rocks here.  We don’t have lowlands.  Pretty much rocky wall shorelines, so tidal storm surge is not a factor here.   But Florida creeps me out.

Welcome to our world….where the lies are all now truths!

I didn’t see the close but it looks like they did some covering off the lows. Some more covering in gold in the AH as well.

They made the shares look bad, but they always do.

Hopefully this is just another buyable dip.
