These are Space X Starship raptor rocket engines. The first one was messy. The last iteration (shown right) Tory Bruno, CEO of ULA, made a complete jackass of himself on twitter/x and declared the engine unfinished and missing parts. Nope, sorry Tory even the CEO of ULA is clueless. But it is the most advanced rocket engine in the world and also very clean emissions.
