winedoc, 15.55, shares dead in the water

I guess you’ve got to look at the individual miners’ balance sheets. I would suppose that many miners only survived the last three decades by issuing billions of shares, or borrowing hundreds of millions of dollars. Case in point, Resolute Mining, RSG.AX, a share my father-in-law has been lawfully wedded to for over thirty years, has finally started to move and is now around AUD 80¢ from it’s low of 16¢. But the 16¢ was after one, maybe 2 consolidations, I forget the detail now but my mother-in-law, the absolute master of buy-high/sell-low bought at the equivalent of $36. And Resolute used to have $500m + of debt, which has finally been paid off. So the decks have been cleared, billions or trillions of shares have been swapped down to hundreds of millions, debt eliminated, no more hedges and the SP is starting to track the POG.
