You’re both almost young enough to be my kids, and I’ve already played there and won most every game I played. My careers span Real Estate, Consumer Finance, Life insurance, Variable Annuities, and Cattle Ranching, and I’ve been “fleeced” by the best when I didn’t “listen” to my Higher Power, so maybe that is why I so easily see what’s coming and have tried to give a courteous “heads up” so you don’t get caught with your “pants down”.
