Mali’s military government has threatened to take back Barrick Gold’s Loulo mine concession when the current permit expires in 2026, amid an escalating dispute over how to divide the economic benefits from operations in the country.

Mali is considering letting the permit for Loulo lapse when it expires in February 2026, Finance Minister Alousseni Sanou said in an October 18 letter sent to Barrick’s CEO Mark Bristow, and seen by Bloomberg. Mali “reserves the right not to renew the operating permit” and invited Barrick to talks on the mine’s “transition phase” starting later this month, Sanou wrote.

If we have a weak open, you might blame it on me for posting charts.  Usually a chart posted results in that.  But then someone mentioned rally monkey, that is usually a negative indicator.

Still it might just be that the war premium is off now that Israel didn’t do any of the possible actions.  My oil stocks were also weak in the overnight.

But TLT seems to be regaining it’s drop from the overnight.  I am looking for an exit on that position.  So we will see what happens in the next few days.

the recent outrage in Austria might be the next solution for Germany , whereby the right Freedom party won the election, but not an outright majority and no other party would work with them………but the President then cobbled together a government made up of groups who all hate each other, but love the power….So they now have a government that is very, very unstable and hated by the vast majority of people…but all of them are Schwab/EU groupies.

The Germans made the terrible mistake of electing a Green/left co-alition….opinion polls say they have woken up and now the AfD are well ahead….I think they have elections next Fall…or around 1 year from now…expect the current crew to thrown out/destroyed….. and the AfD to be dominant..but no-one will work with them….so it could be chaos..with AfD the largest party but not big enough to govern on their own….or maybe the AfD clean sweep a majority…if so the EU will be in total panic ……

No matter how long it takes as long as Democracy survives, the EU and the Likes of Schwab are on their way out…..

I listened to the Rogan chat…in it he says that he is going to release all the JFK and RFK papers on day 1….last time he was persuaded not to…this time it’s all going to be released and he said there is a file on Martin Luther King……Which I read as RFK jr has asked him to…once all that comes out and the usual suspects are seen to be involved/guilty, they will be reeling and the public furious….he can then replace all the upper echelons/clean house while the public scream for retribution…the Blob will be helpless…and if there is dirt on King as well..then the Blob/Dems will be finished for never releasing the info etc….
