The only time you would need to register your car when it’s bought. Now if they want smog checks they can do that and have the place of business fax it to them and the business give them a sticker with the next due date and that’s it.
That way the money can go back to to private sector who works for a living instead of just government scams and prevent them from constantly driving the prices up and holding your property hostage.
