I’m not sure that France can pull itself out of the hole it’s in. Unless they can get someone like Donald Trump in there (Le Pen?) with parliamentary backing then they are going to continue down the drain. The illegal migrants there are a huge destabilizing influence and I don’t see much clamor to get rid of them. Is it going to take a Civil War? I dunno.

Thanks. If they fix that glitch I’ll start posting the news again.
Ipso, Goldie
Ipso – so LePen’s party is squeezing them, so good to see. I think they’ll have a hard time putting her in jail, similar to what Trump went through. Good for her and her party. Europe is an absolute mess; it almost seems like they are on the verge of collapse to me. I don’t see how the EU holds on and I don’t see how most of these countries don’t go belly up. Similar to all the countries in the west, including us.
Goldie – doesn’t it concern you that there are so many different coins out there and all of them are being bought with both fists? Do the exchanges convert them to dollars or Euro’s for you if you buy, say Dogecoin, and it goes up 100%? Can you sell it back to the exchange for dollars?
It really reminds me of 2000 when anything with .com went up endlessly. Until the music stopped. Remember all the high flyers?
Must say I’m surprised
that our metals have come all the way back to flat from the overnight lows. Silver is especially pleasing after bouncing off $30 and we’re doing this with the dollar notably higher and rates up near 6 bips.
Unfortunately, the shares are still pretty weak, so not sure we’ll be able to hold any gains if we get them in the metals. Good to see gold has come back to the $2650 magnet, which is where they took it in the AH on Friday.
We have some eco data coming out after the SM opens that could impact things, PMI and ISM manufacturing data come out at 9:45 and 10 am respectively. The bar is set low for both, so prolly going to beat.
For now, just glad we’re not looking at another slaughter like last Monday, at least not yet.
Ipso
Thank you for posting the news summaries every morning. I certainly looked at it and thought it was helpful….
French Gov going down?
Barring “Last Minute Miracle”, French Govt Faces Imminent No-Confidence Vote
Looks like I won’t be posting anymore news in the morning
CEO.CA has done a revamp of their website making it impossible to access their news in a timely manner. Now, when I post a news item off of their list and hit the back button to get back to where I was on the list it takes me back instead to the latest news. So then I have to scroll through hundreds of news items to get back to where I was … and I have to do this for every news item. Effing ridiculous and I’m just not going to do it.
Buygold
Bitcoin is more volatile than the PMs but at least it never goes unnoticed one way for another. There’s another coin they’ve been buying. Doge coin I sent the chart to my daughter. No answer lol
Sng 2:22
The dollar is backed by nothing and that’s all you’ll get in return for in any stock you own. I don’t have much of them but so far my luck has been pretty good thanks.
Dollar on the warpath
Metals getting whacked, although not as bad as they were earlier. Still not good. Some of the damage in gold was done after the close on Friday. They took gold down about $8 to right around $2650. Silver taking a bigger hit as is the norm, it’s bounced off $30 in the overnights but not surging back. The shares look weak. I suppose even if there weren’t much of a reason for tax loss selling, they are going to create one anyway. Such is the life of anyone who holds a mining stock.
Oil bucking the trend, up 1%. Bitcoin down over 2%, but that’s after being higher over the weekend, so still above $95K. Crypto of all sorts went ballistic this weekend, Litecoin up 25%, XRP (ripple) up even more. XRP has doubled in the last week since Gensler resigned. Who knows where this stuff is going, it’s in a mania now, the elusive mania we thought we would have at some point over the last 25 years.
SM a little lower. Asian markets were strong overnight, Europe flat.
Dollar up 1/2%, rates up 4 bips. So, after a brief 3-day selloff, the dollar is back in charge and bonds experiencing “tax loss”
Let the games begin.
Ferrett
Sorry to hear about your daughter.
I’m in no way defending the Fake jab poison they forced on people and still believe they should be tried, convicted and sent to hell.
If your daughter has been having episodes of sudden syncope or vasovagal episode not a heart attack, irregular EKG or heart rhythm although there are some instances they could come and go, or stroke she could have a underlining condition that could be serious the jab may have triggered and might be more than one trigger or cause, if something else is going undiagnosed or even another side effect that they should be looking into seriously.
The Flccc the group with the doctor who found Ivermectin to treat COVID isn’t using Ivermectin but nattokinase amongst other things but know it attacks fibrin so works like an anticoagulant but they believe it helps get rid of it amounts other things. The aspirin doesn’t so just preventive for clots but what if clots aren’t present?
Recommended to be discussed with your doctor and if they are pro vax and say no weather you take it or not ask them why. you want to know why and do they know why. Did they know why they said they were safe when they weren’t even tested and no one knew what was in them.

ferrett @ 0:00 Please consider a protocol of Ivermectin alternating with Fenbendazole.
Watch this latest interview with Dr William Makis. Amazing results with these two repurposed anti-parasitics. My adult kids, jabbed against my wishes, have followed this protocol with excellent results…My wife and I are not jabbed but we are closely exposed to others who are, so to prevent shedding we both follow the same protocol and have not had any kind of illness for many years. sng 17:19, yeah, the paramedics knew, and had the guts to say so.
When my daughter collapsed for the first time, after the jab, the first thing the paramedics said was “has she had the vaccine?”. That’s when the light finally went on for her. Much improved but still suffering relapses over three years later.
