Loading ...I have to disagree about the cop. Floyd was on the ground having a anxiety attack and drugs didn’t help. He wasn’t full blown psycho like this other guy threatening the lives everyone. He had what 5 people holding him down and actually wasn’t hand cuffed but could of easily been and there was no need to rest his knee on his neck using his body weight. They could of handcuffed him and put him in the car or waited for the ambulance.
There two different situations and the ladder probably getting the message he could do whatever he wanted even kill someone and nothing would happen to him one because he was 51-50 two because of revolving doors. They caused his death. In Penny’s case it appears the psych guy that was still alive caused his own death.
