I’m surprised the miners are holding any gains at all right now. They’ve taken silver back below $32 and SLV negative. We face the same problem that we’ve faced for a long time now and correlates with what Thomson says. There’s just not enough volume coming in to sustain a full day rally, much less anything beyond that.
The other thing is that gold has rallied again in the face of a stronger dollar and rising rates.
Hard to watch when I’ve watched TSLA go up almost every day since the election, 2, 3, 4% or more.
And then there’s Bitcoin, up over 4% today after taking a two-day rest. I don’t think we’d be up at all if not for the QQQ’s and Bitcoin being up so much.
I’m not sure we won’t give all these gains back tomorrow after the PPI numbers come out. That would be a typical scum play to close the week.
