My Auntie Paranoia told me it was not a great idea to shop there, regardless of the bargain. Past experience has never lost me any money, but it has lost me a lot of time and sleep trying to straighten out what appeared to be intentional “mistakes” that never seemed to be in my favor. My wife, more of a gambler that I am, still makes an occasional internet bargain buy and we have to include it in our nightly prayers, hoping it will all end as we anticipated, with the account reduced by the correct amount and the merchandise delivered with no damage in a timely fashion. We’ve had a few things where we forgot to make sure we were on a secure site before entering card numbers etc, and we’ve had instances where, after entering the items, the company asked US which charge card we wanted to use this time, and they already had the card numbers from previous purchases.
Being kinda paranoid, I don’t really like them quoting ME my card numbers they have kept on file for the last 18 months. It makes me think, “what could possibly go wrong with that situation?” I’m sure the illegals they hire or contract to make these transactions are perfectly trustworthy, don’t you think? Me Neither! ;o)
I think I’ll stick with Garage, Yard, and Farm sales, and whenever possible, pay with my SNG! ;o))
