I certainly don’t know what makes Donald Trump “tick”, but to a certain extent, all of us are byproducts of the surroundings that we were brought up in, and the influences that our parents and family had on us.

Trump was brought up in a ultra competitive, cutthroat New York City financial arena (I grew up just north of New York City in the 60’s). He was taught how to circumvent the financial loopholes and take every advantage to ensure himself and his family, of financial success.

All of us should know by now, that his ego is through the roof, and in my humble opinion, that extends to the challenges he faces in trying to get this country back on the right track. I truly think that what drives him is that he thinks that he can face all of these challenges and succeed.

He may have some clandestine associations that haven’t come to fruition yet, but I’m personally going to give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

It’s because paper market speculators always drive silver back to the cost of production ($26 right now) when dumps are engineered.

That is to say the banks stop selling futures at that point because they know it’s not sustainable.

They can’t get it below the cost of production for long because supply would be constrained for real in the bullion market – not just suppressed using futures related manufactured excess supply.

Easy peasy – they’ve been doing it since ’75.

I agree the Gold Silver ratio is now insane….I can think of no real reason, unless so much silver is around due to large scale copper production…but according to most analysts , Silver is near a deficit…so that can’t be the reason…the only one I can think of is the machines are trading the ratio …long Gold, short Silver.

and of course they have no logic, so no-one is saying putting that trade on at 90, is insane…they just see it as a better price to add and of course they never make or take delivery…..

Then again if the Chinese are buying Gold, which they are the scum cannot short gold, because the chinese just say thankyou….deliver the gold to my vault…wheras they can short silver all day…if few are taking delivery.

Could be right about the SM coming back for Christmas, I could see that, they love to come back in and buy the day after a Fed meeting goes bad in the SM just to show everyone they were right in what they did. Everything will come roaring back except pm’s.

No worries about the National Guards around the country. They are Trump territory. The Globalists will have a real problem if they try to prevent Trump from taking the White House.

Just got around to checking the carnage, not good for bonds either, even Bitcoin got bashed for 5%. So we’re now above the deadly 4.5% rate, and we’ll see if it really crashes the SM like the analysts said it would. So far, so good. I guess the money is headed to money market funds for now.
Can’t wait for the Supreme Court decision when Trump goes to fire Powell, assuming Trump makes it to Jan. 20th.

I watched the latest M Armstrong. He gave logical reasons why gold should not be backed if it stays pat because Congress can still spend and borrow.  It would be deflationary. Like I wondered how could they adjust the value of the dollar to gold based on what Congress does.

… selling off today ahead of Christmas?

Well, for one thing, don’t be surprised by a magical recovery in stocks between now and year end.

But looking at the Fed … it’s because they are self-important morons.

I mean they are mostly all rich (making some people self-important), trading their own accounts on their own inside information.

But besides that, they are most often wrong at big turning points. Of course, this time, because they wanted to massage the markets to help their commie buddies in Washington, they are forced to pull back on accommodation when they should be pouring it on based on the signals that are coming out. The yield curve is perhaps most prescient right now.

Therein, Powell’s comments today set against a re-steepening curve are inconsistent with reality … making the Fed’s existence a serial clown show for all to see.

As indicated in my previous post, the good news is this should bring in a lasting and meaningful bottom in PM’s sooner rather than later, especially if today’s reaction to the Fed meeting follows though forth with.

So, get ready for some large rate cuts next year folks – possibly as early as the first quarter (January?) … once the morons at the Fed wake up.

This will bring real yields into significantly lower levels and ignite the metals like you have never seen.
