The cheapest house I saw on the waterfront the was 50K was a one or two bedroom can’t remember the detail upstairs apartment behind the water front houses and that was in 75 before 80. No houses at those prices. More like 70k were the cheapest in inner city. Maybe 200- 250k near water front or views like the ocean blue to 400-500k depending where it was and ocean view on land and sand or land and sand blue views and how big it was.
